When buying and participating in use of any of our products, you agree to our latest Terms Of Service and Tebex terms of supply. We keep the right to modify our terms of service.
Support is exclusively provided to customers who have purchased our products.
We are committed to assisting our customers, which encompasses addressing and resolving issues.
In specific situations, as outlined in the "Money Return" section, we may be unable to issue refunds.
In cases where you possess a modified, expired, or incompatible version of the framework that the script is intended for, a refund cannot be issued if the script malfunctions or does not function correctly.
In the event that you employ a framework or voice script that is not supported, we are unable to process a refund. However, we may still attempt to assist you in getting the script operational in certain instances.
Should the product fail to function as a result of modifications you've made to the resource files, which include configuration and translation files, a refund will not be possible.
Reselling or leaking any product will result in an instant ban, and all previously purchased products will be revoked without eligibility for a refund.
Servers utilizing our products without purchase are likely to be shut down by FiveM.
